What do techpool services cost?
Order placement, advice and support from the techpool team is free of charge. We charge for our production costs according to the quotation. We also charge for the raw materials required. The entire invoice is issued directly via techpool. We charge the amount to the cost center / PSP you specify.
How long does an order take? What are the delivery times?
This depends on various factors, such as the number and complexity of the items ordered. There must also be capacity available in the workshops for production. If there is no internal capacity available by the desired delivery date, external workshops are also requested for production, or the next possible delivery date is communicated.
The techpool team will respond to your request as quickly as possible.
Are ETH Zurich spin-offs allowed to use techpool's services?
Spin-offs that are listed on the contract list under Shops/Purchasing in accordance with the spin-off guidelines may use the services of techpool or the ETH workshops. techpool is also a one-stop store for workshop services for spin-offs. However, invoicing takes place in accordance with the relevant conditions after the service has been provided by means of a customer invoice and not via a cost center / PSP.
